Rachel Wilson
Rachel Wilson is a storyteller, speaker, and the unapologetically bold voice behind The Pussy Project, a podcast that dives headfirst into the messy, magical, maddening realities of having a female body. From periods and pelvic floors to perimenopause and post-baby sex, she creates space for honest conversations we should’ve been having all along…minus the shame, plus the humor.
A Fractional CFO by trade and conversationalist by passion, Rachel built a successful career in finance while navigating motherhood, marriage, burnout, and the beautifully chaotic pursuit of balance. Her life took a radical turn in 2022 when she survived a stroke and was diagnosed with Stage 3 colon cancer. Choosing surgery and natural healing over chemo, she leaned fully into self-trust, spiritual surrender, and the deep mind-body connection.
But Rachel’s transformation didn’t begin there. She’s also a recovering alcoholic who’s been sober since 2005…proof that rock bottom can be a launchpad. Her story is one of resilience, reinvention, and radical honesty, woven with the kind of humor and heart that makes even the heaviest topics feel like a conversation with your funniest friend.
Whether she's behind a mic or standing on a stage, Rachel brings warmth, wit, and wisdom to conversations about womanhood, wellness, and waking up to the life you’re meant to live.
Rachel shares your passion for women’s health.
